At Broil King, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully pack the unused product in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned grill or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
